Max Eugene is a Haitian American, partly raised in Brooklyn. Eugene studied Philosophy, Theater Arts and Dance in Hobart and William Smith Colleges, and earned his Master of Performance at CalArts, where he gained prominence in experimental theater and motion technique. With years in the business of the entertainment in the USA Max has acted like director and producer in diverse projects of television, documentaries and cinema. He is currently in pre-production of his latest fiction film, Spoken Word, by Confused Person, a production of Labcoat Meerkat, which he co-founded in 2010.
